Company Culture
CLEAR Property Management’s not-so-secret sauce to success is recognizing that residents are our end-user and we exist to provide them with better homes for better lives. To achieve this, it begins with our team members and ensuring they embody our company values. This is determined during the interview process where candidates are asked carefully-crafted questions that determine if their personality and work ethic includes all of our values. Our values are so crucial to our success that a candidate must pass the values interview process, despite their skillset, in order to join the team. Placing an emphasis on strengthening our collaboration as a company between support groups and site teams by launching internal committees
While the majority of our support groups work remotely, we’ve recently initiated regular in-office efforts and events to promote building and strengthening relationships within our team.
We look to grow our portfolio by adding at least five new assets in 2023.
Expand our support staff to help pull "tasks" off the site teams and keep focus on being excellent at 101 property management.
